When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or any third-party data collection on this website. We do not use cookies beyond those technically necessary to serve the site.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are:

Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of first contact. If an engagement follows, relevant data is retained for 6 years in line with UK tax and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
